wonderful villas and great access to parks
convenient location significant savings helpful shuttle
The location proved very convenient with a short uber ride to the disney parks. we found significant savings compared to disney hotels. the resort's facilities impressed me. The size was amazing. pools were large, and dining and drink options were abundant. the shuttle service, assisting with luggage to our room, was helpful.
i found that communication between staff members was lacking. this impacted some requests we.

Fantastic Villa Stay!
spacious suite convenient location main floor room
The suite was spacious and well-equipped for my needs. The location was convenient as a business traveler, though a shuttle service to the World Center would improve accessibility. The team accommodated my request for a main floor room near the elevator. It was a total success since I had a toddler and stroller!
The resort was amazing though not all amenities were readily accessible.

spacious villa equipped kitchen efficient check-in
i stayed in a two-bedroom villa balcony it was spacious i found a fully equipped kitchen there the resort offered several pools including options for kids with water slides. there were many activities like mini-golf available the check-in process was efficient.
i found the on-site food options somewhat limited.

i appreciated the proximity to various food options and a nearby publix. our two-bedroom villa was conveniently located near the pools. it was also spacious and clean.
The check-in process involved waiting in a second line to obtain a parking pass after the initial check-in. i also encountered some difficulty navigating the hotel. It's quite large and i got lost a couple of times trying to find my villa
